About Me
Hi, I’m Lisa, Founder of Willow Leaf Events!
Through personal guidance, bespoke consultancy, and a practiced eye for detail, I aim to demonstrate that sustainability and aesthetics are not opposites, but synonyms. Having had the privilege of managing numerous events, two things have become particularly clear to me:
- Expect the unexpected: From last-minute changes and logistical complexities to sudden shifts in weather – events can evolve rapidly. Problem-solving and impeccable organisational skills are the cornerstones of a seamless and sophisticated planning experience.
- Sustainability is not the default: All too often, décor is fashioned from synthetics, and fine tableware is bypassed for single-use plastics. Events frequently leave behind a significant ecological footprint. However, through structured planning and a robust network of local partners, I demonstrate that high-end experiences and sustainability are perfectly aligned.
This is why I founded Willow Leaf. It is my mission to create unforgettable moments where luxury and quality are held in the same high regard as minimalism and understatement.

Background
The Foundations: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, specialising in Marketing, Sustainability, and PR. Following this, I completed my Master’s in Sustainable Management, graduating with honours.
The Journey: My path began in the hospitality sector during my studies, where I gained invaluable experience both at the front-of-house and behind the scenes in marketing. Since graduating, I have focused my career on marketing with a primary emphasis on event organisation, delivering a diverse range of projects and gaining profound industry insights.
